What this project is
InvoiceFlow streamlines the invoice management process from capture through approval and reporting. Users can enter invoice details, upload supporting documents, manage approvals, and maintain conversation history for collaboration. Power Automate drives approval rules, while Stimulsoft dashboards provide visibility into invoice status.

The Challenge
The problem being solved
Invoice submission, approval, collaboration, tracking, and reporting needed to work together in one flow. Manual handling slowed approvals and made it harder for stakeholders to collaborate around invoice status.
